Production Company Mock ups

I have drawn some mock ups for my production company and print screened my production process of them, I have not print screened the production process of all my mock ups as some of them are basically the same process to make, just with different fonts and colours.


This was my first draft of a logo for my production company and institutional informtion. you can clearly see how my skills devlop on photoshop as I keep changing and making new production companies, this was probably the most simplistic of my logos, but it just wasnt right, it didnt have the feel of the genre of our movie, which is a thriller mixed with sci-fi. it was too brightly coloured and the text didnt go with the genre of the film and wouldnt produce a clear synergy throughout our trailer.

 This was my second attempt at a logo and again it's too 'child like' and brightly coloured which isnt the look im going for in our trailer.

                                           

 This Logo looks as though someone who has very basic skills and knownledge of photoshop created it, so im definatly not using this one.

 This Next logo is getting closer to the final design that we're looking for, it shows quite a decent understanding of photoshop and took alot longer to make than all the previous logos. I still feel that this is for some sort of childs movie, perhaps a PG and ours is aimed towards a much older and mature audience so I shall construct more logos till I find one which matches this description.

 I decided to take the above logo and make it darker and gloomier to make it more of a thriller sort of production company.

 I went for the black background and it maked it look alot better than the previous logos.

 This logo was created on a very complext programme called 'cinema 4D' in which is allows you to create very techniqual 3D text. but we still feel as though it needs to be darker and have more of a thriller 'edge' to it.

This Oaktree productions is probably one of the best logos Ive made, however it is definatly aimed more towards the younger audience so we wont be able to use it. oaktree productions is an alternative production company me and my group were going to use.

Our whole group had a go at creating logos and one of my group members made a more realistic, thriller genre sort of oaktree productions so that is the one we will be using in our trailer.
